Reader Utility:

Note: As of Reader Utility (RCU) 3.0 and greater, the firmware package for the reader is no longer included with the installer. To update the firmware on a reader via the Reader Utility, the firmware package must be downloaded and used when the utility prompts for firmware.

Reader Configuration Utility (RCU) v 3.0.0

The reader driver file is used to allow Windows to connect to the M250 reader over a USB cable. It is also included in the RCU installer. Reader Driver File

Reader Firmware

The reader firmware package includes the latest revision of Reader Firmware. CenterScape, Zone Manager, and the Reader Configuration Utility uses this package to update readers.

CenterScape Files

The CenterScape MIB file is used to map SNMP traps sent by CenterScape to Network Management Systems (NMS). The MIB is compiled in the NMS software so that it can understand the trap structure of an SNMP trap alert action from CenterScape
